I Am A New Creation
Do you ever feel that you are broken goods, beyond repair? God says we are brand new creations when we are born again in Christ- washed clean, sin separated as far as the east is from the west. Here are some scriptures that you can meditate on today regarding the mind-boggling forgiveness Jesus paid for, FOR US!
1 John 1:9 AMP
[9] If we freely admit that we have sinned and confess our sins, He is faithful and just (true to His own nature and promises) and will forgive our sins dismiss our lawlessness and continuously cleanse us from all unrighteousness everything not in conformity to His will in purpose, thought, and action.
1 John 2:12 AMP
[12] I am writing to you, little children, because for His name's sake your sins are forgiven pardoned through His name and on account of confessing His name.
1 Peter 2:24 AMP
[24] He personally bore our sins in His own body on the tree as on an altar and offered Himself on it, that we might die (cease to exist) to sin and live to righteousness. By His wounds you have been healed.
2 Chronicles 30:9 AMP
[9] For if you return to the Lord, your brethren and your children shall find compassion with their captors and return to this land. For the Lord your God is gracious and merciful, and He will not turn away His face from you if you return to Him.
Matthew 6:14 AMP
[14] For if you forgive people their trespasses their reckless and willful sins, leaving them, letting them go, and giving up resentment, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.
Mark 11:25-26 AMP
[25] And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him and let it drop (leave it, let it go), in order that your Father Who is in heaven may also forgive you your own failings and shortcomings and let them drop. [26] But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father in heaven forgive your failings and shortcomings.
Romans 4:7-8 AMP
[7] Blessed and happy and to be envied are those whose iniquities are forgiven and whose sins are covered up and completely buried. [8] Blessed and happy and to be envied is the person of whose sin the Lord will take no account nor reckon it against him.
James 5:15 AMP
[15] And the prayer that is of faith will save him who is sick, and the Lord will restore him; and if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.
Praise God for what He did for us through Jesus. When hopelessness, condemnation or accusation come knocking on the door, bury yourself in the cross, stand on these verses and declare that you ARE a new creation, washed WHITER than snow!
