All of our mugs are decorated by hand in the UK’s ancient home of pottery - Stoke on Trent. We have visited the factory and lovely ladies who carefully make your mugs. They, like us hold a very high standard of excellence, so whenever a mug is not quite up to scratch, it is set aside. It’s difficult to find a large bone china mug.
This one is perfect even though it was classed as “seconds”. I was given a non seconds one as a present a while ago and was upset when it disappeared so bought myself a replacement. Very happy with it. Good delivery service
