I Am So Many Things – Marketing & Admin Assistant
Location: Flexible with monthly visits to Templecombe, Dorset.

Overview: This role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks, inventory, and website updates, ensuring smooth business operations. If you’re organised, creative, and passionate we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Filter and organise emails, flagging important messages for review.
- Assist with warehouse and supplier queries via email. Liaise with both to ensure stock is booked in swiftly, packaging of products is up to a high standard and inventory is kept high.
- Monitor and manage customer reviews; gather positive feedback for use on social media.

Maintain monthly sales records and analyse trends to identify salesdrivers.
- Accounts Assistance: Managing cash flow andChecking Warehouse invoices to ensure shipping is accurate.
Website and Content Management:
- Design and update the Shopify website; keep photography and product images current with seasonal themes (e.g. Christmas, Easter, Back-to-School).
- Write and edit product blurbs.
- Manage the Cheerfully Given website: update stock, photos, and manage incoming orders.
- Upload and manage blog posts.
- Upload YouTube shorts and videos.
Inventory and Order Management:
- Weekly check of warehouse stock levels and order dispatches.
- Book in stock-in-lists for any products that arrive at the warehouse.
- Create SKUs for all new products and composite items, these should include relevant HS Tarif codes. These SKUS should directly link to the product on shopify.
- Track stock inventory and provide simplified reports for restocking decisions.
- Monitor open and outstanding orders, following up with customers or service teams when needed.
- Maintain the Mug Reconciliation page; track orders and manage the print count. Place orders when necessary to keep inventory high.
- Wholesale/Trade Orders communicating and deciding on discount ordered. Liaising and building relations with wholesale prospects.
Event Coordination and Outreach:
- Research and reach out to potential event organisers (e.g., Wildfires, David’s Tent) for upcoming stalls and promotions.
- Explore new product opportunities, including supplier research and price gathering.
- Managing gift shop at Bread – can be included within monthly visit.
- Training bread staff in IAMST Packaging and pricing.
Social Media & Marketing
- Help record reels and Tik Tok content. Providing direction and ideas for social media content.
- Communicating with social media team on the marketing schedule, what we are selling and what we want to promote.
- Reach out to Christian newspapers and social media influencers for features and promotions.
- Spreading the word and reaching the UK, rolling true identity course out in churches. Contacting churches and aiding them to help run them.
Expectations:
- Flexible working hours.
- Submit a weekly timesheet.
- Participate in regular check-ins and weekly calls.
- Monthly Visit – based in Templecombe, Somerset.
